Activities
Day 1: Arrival
On Arrival at the Entebbe Airport you’ll be received by our safari Ntebeko tours drive guide will transfer you to your accommodation within Entebbe. Slumber at Airport Guesthouse.
Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast you will drive through Kampala the capital city and drive westwards to Fort Portal, having lunch en route. The beautiful Fort Portal is found in the shadow of the legendary “Mountains of the Moon” and is renowned for its numerous tea plantations. You will then head to Kibale National Park. You will join a fascinating night forest walk as you look for bush babies, pottos in addition to other small nocturnal animals. Dine and slumber Primate Lodge Kibale cottages.
Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Village
Today you will explore the forest as you set out chimpanzee tracking. This Kibale Forest is well-known for habiting the biggest variety as well as the highest number of primates in the whole of East Africa. Have a guided nature walk within the tropical rainforest looking for black and white colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys, wild chimpanzees, and many more.
Following a hearty lunch you will visit the Bigodi Village for a completely different cultural walk. Along with a guide who will inform you everything regarding the traditional customs as well as lifestyle of the locals, you will keep to the village path and go to a primary school, visit the Catholic Church, some traditional homesteads, find out about their crops and also listen to fascinating stories of a story telling Mzee (an elderly man). The Bigodi Village walk is a project of the locals of Bigodi Village and the profits are contributed to the community. Dine and overnight at Primate Lodge Kibale cottages.
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Following breakfast, you will leisurely drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park driving through the crater lakes region, a lovely landscape having small lakes as well as rolling hills. You will have lunch, rest and later have a game drive looking for some animals such as elephants, warthogs, waterbucks plus buffaloes. Dine and slumber at Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge.
Day 5: Game drive and Boat cruise
Begin the day early with a game drive in the morning and go to the mating ground of the beautiful Uganda Kobs. We look for buffaloes, lions and elephants, plus many more wild animals in this natural habitat prior to returning to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will have a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which is a natural channel connecting Lakes Edward and George. Because of the plentiful birdlife seen plus the numerous elephants and buffaloes in addition to hundreds of hippopotami cooling off at the banks; this cruise is actually among the highlights of this safari. Dine and slumber at Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge. (B-L-D)
Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi National Park.
Following breakfast drive southwards through to the Ishasha sector of the park to see the renowned tree climbing lions. Following a brief game drive within this area you will head to Bwindi driving through the beautiful countryside, past several traditional homesteads as you enjoy the spectacular views. you will arrive in Bwindi National Park which is home of the internationally renowned endangered mountain gorillas. Dine and sleep at Buhoma Community Rest Camp.(B-L-D)

Day 7: Gorilla Tracking
The highlight of this safari will be coming face to face with the peaceful giant gorillas of Bwindi! Be prepared to walk a lengthy distance on the steep muddy slopes of the park and at times with rain overhead, prior to you encountering the gorillas. However it will certainly be worthwhile when you finally come to see them
Day 8: Transfer to Kampala.
Following breakfast you leave the Bwindi impenetrable forest of and return toward Kampala the capital city. Some of the animals you will see along the way are zebras plus impalas since the road takes you through Lake Mburo National Park offering you an opportunity to take photos at the equator crossing. With lunch on the way you will be driven to Entebbe airport to catch your departure flight.
Day 9: Departure
Having had a very great memorable experience of Uganda and it’s amazing gifts of Mother Nature, you will be dropped off at the airport for your departure flight.
